Regulamin Strony internetowej BevBrand OU

  • 1. Postanowienia ogólne
  • Niniejszy regulamin określa zasady korzystania ze stronby internetowej dostępnej pod adresem www.bevbrand.co, prowadzonego przez BevBrand OU, z siedzibą pod adresem: Hoiu tn 16, 76-401 Laagri, Estonia, NIP: EE102561557, adres e-mail: admin@bevbrand.co.
  • Użytkownikiem sklepu może być każda osoba fizyczna, osoba prawna oraz jednostka organizacyjna nie posiadająca osobowości prawnej, której przepisy przyznają zdolność prawną.
  • 2. Proces zakupowy
  • W celu dokonania zakupu, klient powinien przesłać zamówienie na adres hi@bevbrand.co.
  • Po złożeniu zamówienia, klient otrzyma e-mail z potwierdzeniem zawarcia umowy sprzedaży.
  • BevBrand OU zastrzega sobie prawo do odstąpienia od umowy sprzedaży, w przypadku braku produktu w magazynie lub niemożności realizacji zamówienia z innych przyczyn.
  • 3. Płatności
  • Klient może wybrać następujące metody płatności:
    • przelew bankowy,
    • płatność kartą,
    • płatność przez systemy płatności elektronicznych obsługiwany przez Przelewy24.
  • W przypadku braku płatności w wyznaczonym terminie, BevBrand OU ma prawo odstąpić od umowy sprzedaży.
  • 4. Dostawa
  • Produkty wysyłane są na adres podany przez klienta podczas składania zamówienia.
  • Klient ma prawo wybrać sposób dostawy przez BevBrand OU lub odebrać samodzielnie.
  • Czas dostawy zależy od wybranej metody znakowania oraz produktu.
  • 5. Reklamacje i zwroty
  • Klient ma prawo zwrócić zakupiony towar bez podania przyczyny w ciągu 14 dni od daty otrzymania przesyłki.
  • Reklamacje dotyczące produktów lub realizacji zamówienia powinny być zgłaszane na adres: admin@bevbrand.co.
  • BevBrand OU zobowiązuje się rozpatrzyć każdą reklamację w ciągu 14 dni od jej otrzymania.
  • 6. Ochrona danych osobowych
  • Administratorem danych osobowych klientów strony  jest BevBrand OU.
  • Dane są przetwarzane zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami o ochronie danych osobowych w celu realizacji umowy sprzedaży.
  • Klient ma prawo dostępu do swoich danych, ich poprawienia, usunięcia oraz wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego.
  • 7. Postanowienia końcowe
  • W sprawach nieuregulowanych niniejszym regulaminem mają zastosowanie przepisy Kodeksu Cywilnego oraz innych aktów prawnych obowiązujących na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.
  • Ewentualne spory wynikające z realizacji umowy sprzedaży rozstrzygane będą przez sądy powszechne zgodnie z przepisami Kodeksu Postępowania Cywilnego.
  • BevBrand OU zastrzega sobie prawo do wprowadzania zmian w niniejszym regulaminie. Zmiany wchodzą w życie w momencie publikacji na stronie www.bevbrand.co.
  • Klient jest zobowiązany do regularnego zapoznawania się z treścią regulaminu w celu zapoznania się z ewentualnymi zmianami.

 

Terms and Conditions of the BevBrand OU Website

 

**§1. General Provisions**
1. These terms and conditions define the rules for using the website available at www.bevbrand.co, operated by BevBrand OU, located at: Hoiu tn 16, 76-401 Laagri, Estonia, Tax Identification Number (NIP): EE102561557, e-mail address: admin@bevbrand.co.
2. Any natural person, legal entity, and organizational unit without legal personality, to which the regulations grant legal capacity, can be a user of the store.

**§2. Purchase Process**
1. To make a purchase, the customer should send an order to the email address hi@bevbrand.co.
2. After placing the order, the customer will receive an email confirming the conclusion of the sales contract.
3. BevBrand OU reserves the right to withdraw from the sales contract in the event of a lack of product in stock or the inability to fulfill the order for other reasons.

**§3. Payments**
1. The customer can choose the following payment methods:
– Bank transfer,
– Credit card payment,
– Electronic payment systems handled by Przelewy24.
2. In the event of non-payment within the specified period, BevBrand OU has the right to withdraw from the sales contract.

**§4. Delivery**
1. Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
2. The customer has the right to choose delivery by BevBrand OU or to pick it up independently.
3. Delivery time depends on the chosen marking method and the product.

**§5. Complaints and Returns**
1. The customer has the right to return the purchased goods without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
2. Complaints regarding products or order execution should be reported to the email address: admin@bevbrand.co.
3. BevBrand OU undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days of its receipt.

**§6. Personal Data Protection**
1. The administrator of the personal data of the website’s customers is BevBrand OU.
2. Data is processed in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations for the purpose of executing the sales contract.
3. The customer has the right to access their data, correct it, delete it, and file a complaint with the supervisory authority.

**§7. Final Provisions**
1. Matters not regulated by these terms and conditions are subject to the provisions of the Civil Code and other legal acts applicable in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
2. Any disputes arising from the execution of the sales contract will be settled by common courts in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Procedure Code.
3. BevBrand OU reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions. Changes come into effect at the time of publication on the website www.bevbrand.co.
4. The customer is obliged to regularly familiarize themselves with the content of the terms and conditions to be aware of any potential changes.
